your manual. If you can't find your manual, there's a complete online
HTML version in the man or doc subdirectory of the
installation area.

If you've purchased Robochart through a reseller,
please talk to them first. And don't forget the online help information
(press the F1 or Help key with the pointer over
the area or control item of interest).
If you're having trouble using the floppy disk on your Sparc,
maybe we can help.
Does Robochart/OPEN LOOK crash when you select "Print..."
from the "File" menu? You probably have a broken Sun patch version
103901-8 or 103901-9 installed (type showrev -p to check).
Please replace this patch with
the current version (103901-11 or later).

Be sure to include the following information.
If you have a support contract,
or have installation questions, you can also telephone us.
- Phone/fax/email reply address
- Program version number (displayed at startup, and in the
README file)
- SunOS version (better yet, the whole output of uname -a)
- Other version information (X11, X server, window manager)
- Problem description (include any error messages seen)
- Is it repeatable?
- If you've customized your configuration, send the changes to
any configuration files that might be relevant.
- If you're having trouble with licensing, also include:
- License type (fixed or floating)
- License server hostname or fixed license hostname
- License key as installed
- If the program doesn't make it through startup, send the output of
trace (Solaris 1) or truss (Solaris 2+)
running the actual executable.
